New for 2013: Two Certified Inspectors on each Inspection!

Done Right Home Inspections is pleased to announce the addition of another Certified Home Inspector to our team of professionals serving the Gravenhurst and Muskoka district. Christopher Grant, born and raised in the Gravenhurst/ Muskoka area, is now a certified InterNACHI professional home Inspector. The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors has strict ethics, educational, and testing regulations for obtaining membership and for ongoing training to continue membership. Chris has been assisting on home inspections for over three years at Done Right Home Inspections and now joins Bruce as a Certified Home Inspector to provide Gravenhurst and all of Muskoka with an even better inspection service.  His addition will allow shorter on site wait times for clients and realtors alike while providing additional eyes and experience for finding any issues.  His ten year construction background in foundations, framing, and roofing provides for even greater structural and system knowledge.

Shorter on site wait times but more inspection hours!

Two inspectors on each inspection site allows us to cut on site wait times by 1/3 for busy clients. Using two inspectors and cutting inspection time by one third rather than in half allows us more total inspection time on site to give the client the best possible inspection. Where an average home inspection used to take about three hours on site, now that is reduced to two hours for an even more thorough inspection with two sets of trained inspector eyes. Shorter time requirements will make arranging an inspection time a little easier for clients and realtors and it will be less inconvenient for sellers as well.  A better inspection with shorter inspection times but more inspector hours, and more convenience for buyers and sellers alike, makes for a better inspection experience for all.
